· More than 100 Oracle Philippines employees spent a day with the children of Elsie Gaches Village (EGV) in Alabang, Muntinlupa City as part of Oracle Global Volunteer Days 2009.

· EGV is a government-operated residential facility for more than 600 developmentally-disabled individuals with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and autism.

· Oracle employees organized a day of games and activities for the children and provided refreshments and gifts.

· Now celebrating its tenth year, Oracle Global Volunteer Days is a corporate initiative created to encourage and support employees’ involvement in their local communities.
